He specializes in a complex pharmaceutical analysis utilizing LC-MS/MS and chemical analyzers. He has demonstrated the ability to have multiple labs ready for COLA, CLIA and CAP on site inspections. Franklin is a board certified Clinical Chemist and holds medical licenses in various states.
